The Beginning
The idea for Macy Mutter Media came to me nearly a year ago as a Senior in high school. I got a job doing drone videography for a local company, and after filming I took a shopping trip with my mother. While sitting in the parking lot of a local store, we talked about how I could truly make something of my talent. The name M3, short for Macy Mutter Media, was born that day.

Discovering my Passions
My passion for Marketing and Digital Media started as a freshman in high school in a Marketing 1 class. From that point on, I realized how much I enjoyed the creative side of branding, advertising, and content creation. As I continued through high school, I discovered DECA, where I could put my creative talents to use in a competitive space. Through DECA, I gained experience in communication, presentation skills, leadership, and creative problem-solving, all while developing a stronger understanding of marketing and business strategy.
My Senior year of high school I started working for a local construction company, where I gained a meaningful mentor who taught me so much of what I know now. This is where my devotion to drone videography was born. Shortly after my job shadow for the company, I was gifted my first drone by my parents, who have been supportive of my dreams.

Balancing School and Business
Starting to pursue Macy Mutter Media while still in school has taught me the importance of time management and communication. On top of having my apprenticeship from high school, I started doing Marketing and Social Media Marketing for another local company. While balancing these jobs, I had another opportunity fall into my lap doing Social Media Management freelance. This is what truly jumpstarted my need to officially launch my business and begin building M3 into something bigger.

Managing being a college student and
working for three companies has not been an easy task, but it has taught me the value of hard work. There have been many late nights spent editing videos, creating social media posts, and preparing content after finishing school assignments and work responsibilities. Although balancing everything could feel overwhelming at times, every opportunity helped me become more confident in my creativity, professionalism, and ability to adapt under pressure.
Looking Toward the Future
Through these experiences, I have learned how important consistency and communication are when working with clients and managing a personal brand. Every project has allowed me to continue improving my skills in digital marketing, content creation, drone videography, and social media strategy. Being able to gain real-world experience while still in school has helped me better understand the marketing industry and has motivated me to continue growing Macy Mutter Media into something even bigger in the future.
What started as a conversation in a parking lot has now become something I am truly proud of. Macy Mutter Media represents my creativity, passion, and determination to turn my talents into a future career. I am excited to see where this journey takes me next.
